Insurance and Forms of Payment
We can provide you with a superbill. You can submit this to your insurance for reimbursement based on your policy. We are now taking Cen Cal and United Health-Optum.
All major credit cards are accepted. Any co-pay, deductible or balance difference are due at the time of services.
